EMU Theatre is once again in search of many talented, daring, playful (and possibly undead) actors for the eagerly anticipated HORRORSHOW IV: our annual, gruesome, terrifying, hilarious Halloween production.

Fresh from a successful run at Kansas City's Annual Fringe Festival, EMU Theatre brings it back home, celebrating the Year of the Cat with “Cat Scratch Theatre”, their 11th Annual Ten Minute Play Festival, featuring ten ten minute plays written by local authors.

Featuring comic, surreal, satirical, and disturbing works, “Cat Scratch Theatre” continues EMU’s tradition of fostering a spirit of cooperation and artistic growth among local authors, actors, and directors, and a spirit of aesthetic adventure in its audience.

EMU Theatre is proud to announce the play list and and cast for our upcoming 10-minute play festival Cat Scratch Theater to be held August 21st, 22nd, 28th and 29th at the Lawrence Arts Center.

EMU Theatre will hold auditions for our 11th annual Ten Minute Play Festival, Cat Scratch Theater on Tuesday, July 6th and Saturday July 10th at the Lawrence Public Library, 707 Vermont Street in Lawrence. July 6th auditions will be held at 7pm in the gallery, July 10th auditions will be held at 2pm in the auditorium.

EMU is pleased to announce that we will be performing our annual 10-minute play festival this coming August. Show dates have yet to be determined, but some important deadlines have been announced.
