I've created 3 lessons (theoretically out of 10) that might help new playwrights figure out what to do and what NOT to do when they set out to write their first 10 minute play (to be submitted to the EMU 10 minute play festival, of course).

I'm sure these lessons could be improved - anyone want to take a peak and give some feedback?

EMU production of Lobby Hero to benefit Lawrence Humane Society

EMU Theatre, Lawrence’s charitable independent company, believes in giving back the community in any way they can. We believe in utilizing our creative volunteer resources to give back to the community by doing our part to assist those help the causes and organizations that we believe in.

EMU Theatre's new web site is up and conscious ... perhaps. It is certainly sliding off the table, turning it's big green head on it's bolted neck and looking for someone or something to hug. You may want stay out of arm's reach for the time being, but please keep a close watch from the village while the monster -- let's call him Melvin -- learns how to love, not crush, his friends.
